  • Designed and conducted biannual staff satisfaction survey

  • Founded Teacher Residency program

  • Implemented new HR Information System including Payroll

  • Conducted compensation redesigns for unionized and non-unionized staff

  • Project managed high-stakes, complex, organization-wide initiatives with many stakeholders (e.g., COVID-19 response, new school openings)

  • Co-led organization-wide DEI priority as white co-conspirator

  • Designed performance review systems

  • Increased nonprofit fundraising revenue 50% over 3 years and led annual gala

  • MBA and MA in Education from Stanford University

  • BA in Astrophysics from Harvard University
