As someone with team management, consulting, complex project leadership, and C-suite executive experience, I bring a unique blend* of high-level strategic thinking and in-the-weeds, tactical knowledge and know-how.  My specialty is executing processes for complex, multi-stakeholder, organizational decisions or systems, where the process itself results in a stronger culture.
